 Computer Tune Up - $80.00 (2 or more $65.00 each)
Just like a car, a computer needs regular maintenance to allow it to perform at its best.
Our Computer tune up service includes updating all Windows updates and security patches. Spyware and virus removal. Removal of temp files, demos and unnecessary programs, stop all unnecessary processes, disc clean up and defrag hard drive. If your computer does not have an Anti-virus program installed we will provide you with one free of charge. When we are done, your computer will be as fast, if not faster, then the day you bought it! This service is recommended every 6 months for optimal performance.
 Wi-Fi / Wired Network Installation - $65.00 (Covers 3 computers. Additional computers can be added at $15 each.)
If you have 2 or more computers in your home, then installing a network will allow you to share resources such as printers, files and the Internet. Adding a WI- Fi network in your home will eliminate the need for wires and cables and will give you the freedom to surf the net anywhere in your home. Security also plays an important role in the development of your network. Without the proper setup and precautions installed you could be leaving your computer open to attack. Once we setup your network , we will then secure and lock down your network to keep your files and personal information safe and secure. This will procedure will also prevent others from using your Internet bandwidth.
 Malware Removal - $45.00/hr ( 2 hr max)

If so you are probably infected with Malware. We find over 80% of Computers we service are infected with some type of Malware. We will scan and remove all malware on your computer as well as give you tips and suggestions to help keep you safe while online.
 Computer Cleaning - $25.00 ( add on service only)
This simple procedure will help prevent costly repairs that could of been avoided. Your computer relies on adequate cooling to maintain internal components within safe operating temperature. Several fans that pull in air to keep the vital parts cool can become clogged with dirt and debris. Dust in the air is deposited on the circuit boards, heat sinks, cooling fans, and inside the power supply. The dust prevents cooling air from reaching the parts which can eventually damage them from overheating.
 Memory Install - $25.00
Installing more memory is the best bang for the buck as far as boosting computer performance. Computers are shipping with 2 gigabyte of memory and 3-4 gigabyte being more common. If you plan on Installing your own memory, remember it only takes 30 volts of electrostatic discharge to destroy a module. So always wear a grounding strap!
 Data backup and recovery - $45.00/hr
If you've ever lost access to your hard drive, you know the horrible feeling of realizing you can't retrieve your data. Perhaps a virus has damaged your operating system, the hard drive is sounding strange or you find errors being reported, it is time to save it all before catastrophic loss is experienced. If your computer software or operating system is damaged to the point that it requires a new installation, we will recover and backup your data before we reinstall.

 Install/Upgrade Operating System $90.00
If your operating system no longer supports the latest security updates or does not allow your new programs to run efficiently, upgrading to the latest operating system will fix a multitude of problems. When possible, we highly recommend a "clean install" which means the drive is wiped clean of all files and the new operating system is installed totally new. This service includes everything from upgrading the system Basic Input / Output System (BIOS) to installing the Operating System. You must either supply original software to us or we will provide it for you at local market cost.
 In Shop Diagnostic Testing $40.00 (waived if worked is performed)
When you have no idea what is wrong we will troubleshoot the system and provide an estimate of what work needs to be done.
